We offer a variety of fully-licensed and insured bar catering packages for small and large weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations in Sonoma and Napa Wine Countries. We specialize in custom-curated, specialty cocktails but also put together quite an impressive ‘classics’ bar or craft beer and wine bar. Our Bar Catering Packages are Practically All-Inclusive:

  • One bartender for every 50 guests, or so, dressed in classy black with tools like shakers, jiggers, and strainers

  • Beautiful and functional bar set-up, 4 hours of “party time”, and complete break-down

  • Standard or professionally-designed collection of glassware

  • A variety of ice with coolers

  • Fresh, dried, and floral garnishes

  • Some decor and framed menu for the bar top

  • Licensed and insured to serve hard alcohol up to 1,000 guests

Kenneth De Alba | Mixologist/Bar Manager

Kenneth De Alba is one of Sonoma’s most sought after bartenders. A passionate mixologist and a foodie at heart, De Alba raises the standard with a culinary approach to his bar, infusing both unique and classic flavor combinations into his syrups, bitters, salts, and liquors. Fifteen years industry experience in San Francisco, Marin, and San Jose has been fruitful for him.

De Alba has earned “Best Bartender” competitions and awards here in Wine Country, a few exciting consulting opportunities, and an ambassadorship with Three Badge Beverage. Today, he spends time developing new concepts for Bay Area restaurants, leads the farm-to-glass cocktail program for Goodness Gracious and Songbird Parlour, and works on his own business T&K Mixology, a craft cocktail mixer company founded in 2020.
