Multi-Course Dinners for Social & Corporate Events

You’ve come to the right place if celebrating success, love, or friendship means gathering a small group together for an evening of really good food, wine, and company. Below are some sample 3-Course and 4-Course dinners along with their pricing for the upcoming season. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions and most requests.

In order to allow our Chefs to curate the most inspired and seasonal dishes, our menu below is somewhat vague to allow for creativity and spontaneity while browsing the abundant and beautiful farmer’s markets of Wine Country. Expect to be surprised with several nuances to the descriptions below.

First Courses (Choose One for the Table)

Roasted Oak Hill beets, pickled gold beet, fuyu persimmon, Valley Ford gorgonzola,
fresh horseradish, crispy onion and seeds

Glen Ellen chicories, Castelvetrano olive vinaigrette, Mezzo Secco


Second Courses (Choose One for the Table; Omit for 3-course Option)

Caramelized Cassidy Ranch winter squash, figs in cabernet vinegar, , pomegranate, orange

Espresso-braised pork belly, maitake mushroom, rosemary, brown sugar


Third Courses (Let Your Guests Choose From Two Options)

Crispy duck leg confit, smoked bacon and beluga lentil cassoulet, d’anjou pear mostarda

Market fish, forbidden rice, vadouvan curry butter, brassicas, local yogurt

Filet mignon, pomme puree, heirloom carrots, creekside shiitake, mushroom-beef jus

Filo and chickpea strudel, ka’otola feta, saffron-scented tomato sauce, herb salad


Fourth Courses (Choose One for the Table)

Brown butter and almond financier, whipped white chocolate-lime ganache, seasonal fruit compote

Gateau au chocolat, whipped coffee ganache, cocoa nib streusal, warm caramel, gold-gilded chocolate

Local Bread and Sea Salted Butter or Herbed Sonoma Olive Oil, $10/pp

Seasonal Craft Cocktails, $45/pp

Curated wine pairing with each course, $45/pp (3-Course) $60/pp (4-Course)


Our Catered Dinner Pricing Includes:

  • Coordination of rental order, if needed

  • Site visits, almost always required

  • Deep clean and organization of the kitchen prior to departure

  • Convenient electronic proposals and contracts

  • Menu customization upon request, including dietary restrictions/aversions, requests, and preferences
