Our Instant Book feature is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only for groups of 5-12 guests.

In order to allow our Chefs to curate the most inspired and seasonal dishes, our menu below is somewhat vague to allow for creativity and spontaneity while browsing the abundant and beautiful farmer’s markets of Wine Country. Expect to be surprised with several nuances to the descriptions below.

First Course

Sunray Farms ‘leaves and things’, casteltrevano olive vinaigrette, Mezzo Secco

Second Course (Choose One Option for the Table)

Filo and chickpea strudel, ka’otola feta, spiced tomato sauce, herb salad

Pacific black cod, forbidden rice, vadouvan brown butter, brassicas, local yogurt

Filet mignon, pomme puree, roasted asparagus, creekside shiitake, red wine beef jus

Third Course

Brown butter and almond financier, whipped white chocolate-lime ganache, seasonal fruit compote
