    Roasted and pickled beet with Grazin' Girl gorgonzola, crispy onion, caraway, and seeds

    "Earth & Ember" a mezcal-based cocktail with muddled blackberries, fresh thyme, and a hint of smoked salt rim

    Sunray Farm 'leaves and things' with castelvetrano olive vinaigrette and Vella mezzo secco

    "Garden Reverie" A gin and elderflower cocktail with fresh cucumber, lime, and a splash of olive brine

    Filo and chickpea strudel with ka'otola feta, saffron-scented tomato sauce, and herb salad

    "Mediterranean Sunset" A golden cocktail featuring aged rum, saffron-infused honey syrup, fresh lemon, and a za'atar rim

    Pan-seared salmon with forbidden rice, vadouvan curry butter, spring peas, local yogurt, dill

    "Spice Route" A bourbon-based cocktail with cardamom, ginger, and fresh dill, finished with a touch of cream
