Wine Country Experience

Hiring a Private Fine Dining Chef to prepare a meal for you is a truly unique way to enjoy Wine Country. We work regularly in local AirBnbs, VRBOs, wineries, and private estates and villas; the owners of these homes trust us to create an unforgettable meal for their guests.


Below is are current seasonal 3-Course and 4-Course dinner menus.
We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions and/or aversions.

In order to allow our Chefs to curate the most inspired and seasonal dishes, our menu below is somewhat vague to allow for creativity and spontaneity while browsing the abundant and beautiful farmer’s markets of Wine Country. Expect to be surprised with several nuances to the descriptions below.

Roasted Oak Hill beets, carrot ribbons, farmstead strawberry, bleu cheese, horseradish, crispy onion

Sunray Farms ‘leaves and things’, casteltrevano olive vinaigrette, Mezzo Secco


Second Courses (Choose One for the Table; Omit for 3-course Option)

Seared scallops, citrus segments, ponzu butter sauce, shaved kohlrabi, garden shiso

24-hour braised pork belly, red wine caramel, apple brown butter puree, shaved fennel salad


Third Courses (Let Your Guests Choose From Two Options)

Duck breast, hand-ground polenta, young pea shoots, seasonal mostarda, pickled mustard seed

Pacific black cod, forbidden rice, vadouvan brown butter, brassicas, local yogurt

Filet mignon, pomme puree, roasted asparagus, creekside shiitake, red wine beef jus

Filo and chickpea strudel, ka’otola feta, saffron-scented tomato sauce, herb salad


Fourth Courses (Choose One for the Table)

Brown butter and almond financier, whipped white chocolate-lime ganache, seasonal fruit compote

Gateau au chocolat, whipped coffee ganache, cocoa nib streusal, warm caramel, gold-gilded chocolate
